How to Work Out During the Summer Months

Summer is synonymous with sunshine, beaches, and vacation. It also means high temperatures and extreme heat. This can be troublesome if you're an athlete, as these conditions can hinder your performance and your ability to train. Stay Motivated

Chances are, the hotter it is, the less you want to move. Motivation can be hard to come by on days when the sun is shining bright down on you and the air feels like fireballs hitting your skin. Still, your training shouldn't suffer because of the weather.
